What are your thoughts on the supernatural? Spooky ghosts, UFOs and other paranormal weirdness?
As I’ve said on previous threads like this, I’m a “Scully” by nature: a skeptic that doesn’t typically buy into anything without proof. But I was watching a 60 Minutes segment on UFOs where actual pilots describe their experiences with bizarre unidentifiable aircraft and it was pretty compelling. I think the truth may be out there! 👽

It's pretty obvious now that UFOs are real.

It's pretty obvious now that UFOs are real. Definitely. It’s crazy it took so long to confirm that. A few years back I was a major skeptic, believing they were optical illusions or something. It’s clear that isn’t the case though. The question is WHAT are they?

They appear to be antigravity drones.
I don’t know if they’re from space, the future or another dimension.

They appear to be antigravity drones. I don’t know if they’re from space, the future or another dimension. I honestly can’t think of any other plausible explanation. I doubt this sort of tech could exist anywhere and not be used for profit in some type of industry. I mean, say China is this far ahead of us (which seems very unlikely), it wouldn’t make any sense to use it purely for some off coast surveillance when it could easily have a million better applications.

I've told this story before, but I know something was haunting the upstairs spare bedroom of my grandparents' farmhouse. I was just snuggling into bed while visiting them for the summer once and hadn't been lying there for even a second when something completely invisible to the naked eye whispered in my ear: "Be a good boy now." It wasn't a human. It was like a harsh growling, hiss of a voice that didn't denote masculinity or femininity.
Then, later, when I was sixteen, I slept in that same room again. At the time, I had dismissed the voice as my imagination, or a dream (although I know I wasn't asleep). I clicked off the light one night and all hell broke loose. Stuff just started violently flying around the room and were slamming repeatedly against the wall, among other things. I flicked it back on, and it stopped. Against my better judgment, I turned the light off again, and something yanked the sheets off me. It only ever seemed to happen in that particular room, so I slept downstairs for the rest of the summer. After those events, I was forced to reevaluate my opinion of the voice. I can only conclude I did actually hear something after an invisible force went insane and threw stuff around the room.
And then one time, also at grandpa and grandma's house, I saw one of my cousins peeking around the corner of the house and he beckoned me over. I ran over and he was gone. There is nowhere to hide on that side of the house and the backyard is huge. And I later found out that this cousin wasn't even there that day.
Nothing's happened there in almost 20 years now, so I have no idea what caused it, or why it died down.

What flies in the in the air, zips through the ocean, and splits in two? Scientifically investigating the Aguadilla UFO incident by: Duncan Phenix, George Knapp Posted: Feb 12, 2021
MYSTERY WIRE — What kind of aircraft can travel, not only through the atmosphere, but also through water at high speeds? Scientists who’ve analyzed thermal images of a flying object recorded in Puerto Rico are trying to figure out what could have done this.
A team of analysts working with the SCU, the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies, a private group of scientists, military analysts, and investigators produced a report analyzing the incident.
It is a comprehensive review of thermal, visual, and sensor data related to an unusual series of events in and around the Aguadilla, Puerto Rico airport in April 2013.
Rich Hoffman, one of the co-founders of SCU, a 26-year systems analyst for the U.S. Army, says the case information and thermal images originated with a pilot who works for the department of homeland security.
When Mystery Wire asked Hoffman in a recent interview about the video, Hoffman said, “They tried to pass it up their food chain, if you would, up to Homeland Security while the Homeland Security said ‘well, we don’t look into this stuff, you know, you pass it down.’ They also attempted to go up to the Air Force intelligence and Air Force intelligence.”
The research showed the pilots were told these agencies don’t do anything with UFOs anymore.
“They (the pilots) wanted (the video) to be scientifically looked at, not UFO related, because again, the stigma that goes along with UFOs,” Hoffman said. “So we pull the team together. And we just got together and said, well, we’re gonna, you know, what do you want us to do? Sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement). And yeah, and by the way, they have done background checks on us to actually see that we could actually come in and work on this very well. And we passed that. And we basically honored the fact that we’re not going to talk about the witness’s name. And we’re not going to give that but we wanted to do this scientifically.”
Rich Hoffman has a long history in UFOlogy, but also works for the military. In a wide-ranging interview with Mystery Wire Hoffam described how he got into UFOlogy and how he balances it with his real job. Hoffman also talks about how the Aguadilla UFO incident led to a massive investigation with the SCU.
The SCU spent two years analyzing 7,027 frames recorded in the three minute and 54 second video..
Mystery Wire asked Hoffman for his conclusion on his research, to which he replied, “Well, what flies like this, what splits into two, which has this color temperature, or this temperature range that we’re talking about?
